SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
Set on the banks of the Ewaso Ng'iro River and neighbouring the Buffalo Springs National Park, Samburu
National Reserve is characterised by a spectacular landscape of rugged hills, undulating plains and riverine
forests. The park is home to abundant wildlife including a variety of rare species such as the Reticulated Giraffe , the long-necked Gerenuk, Somali Ostrich, Grevy's Zebra, and Beisa Oryx. Visitors can also enjoy spotting over
900 elephants, a variety of predators, and over 450 bird species. The ancient traditions of the Samburu people
remain vibrant here, offering a rare glimpse into two remarkable customs. First, witness how each herdsman’s
unique call guides his cattle with precision. Then, experience the powerful dances performed by tribesmen— rituals that have been passed down for centuries.

Maasai mara National REserve
The Maasai Mara together with Tanzania’s Serengeti form Africa’s most famous wildlife park, the Maasai Mara National Reserve. For many, the sight of Acacia trees scattered across vast grass plains captures the essence of Africa. The undeniable highlight of the Maasai Mara National Reserve is undoubtedly the annual wildebeest migration traversing the vast plains of the Serengeti and the Maasai Mara. It is known as the largest mass movement of land mammals on the planet – with more than a million animals following the rains. Large prides

Your adventure begins at Wilson Airport, where you’ll catch a scheduled light aircraft transfer to the Samburu Game Reserve. Upon arrival, you’ll be escorted to the Soroi Larsens Camp, arriving in time for lunch. As the afternoon unfolds, venture out on an exhilarating game drive, exploring Samburu’s wild beauty. Return to camp for a tranquil night under the African sky. Spend the next two days in the serene wilderness of Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives across the rugged landscapes, unveiling the diverse wildlife unique to this region.

A new day dawns in the Maasai Mara, beckoning you to explore its vast expanses on game drives. Discover the Big Five and, if the season allows, witness the awe-inspiring spectacle of the Great Migration (July to October). Custom-built 4Ă—4 safari vehicles are stationed at the camp and can be booked during your stay for exclusive use, with an experienced professional Safari guide. All our guides are certified by the Kenya Professional Guides Association (Gold, Silver or bronze rated) and are very knowledgeable about the flora & fauna of the Mara.
