Bookings & Payments
- • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of payment.
- • A deposit is required to secure a booking, with full payment due before travel as communicated at the time of booking.
- • Prices may change due to factors beyond our control, such as park fees, taxes, or supplier costs.
Cancellations & Refunds
- • Cancellation policies vary depending on hotels and will be communicated during booking.
- • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in line with cancellation terms and administrative costs.
Travel Responsibility
While we strive to ensure smooth and safe journeys, Twiga Trails Safari Africa is not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, loss or damage caused by events beyond our control, including weather, wildlife activity or government actions.
Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome on our tours. Some safaris and activities may have minimum age requirements, which will be specified in each itinerary.
Children sharing a room with parents may receive discounted rates depending on age. Extra beds, cots, or family rooms can be arranged upon request.
Our tours prioritize family safety and comfort, with age-appropriate activities and meals. Please provide children’s ages and any special requirements at booking.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and meet visa, vaccination and insurance requirements. Participation in activities is at the traveler’s own risk.
Media Use
Photos and videos captured during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless a client request otherwise.
Changes to Itineraries
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries where necessary to ensure safety, comfort or overall trip quality.
